Patient Responsibility: Co-Pays and Deductible’s are due at time of service.

As a courtesy to all patients, a representative from our Center will contact your insurance company to verify your insurance coverage for your procedure(s). We will attempt to contact you 2 business days prior to your scheduled procedure to provide you with that information.

You can expect to receive up to FOUR separate bills for your procedure:
1. Doctor portion from Colon, Stomach and Liver Center, LLC.
2. Facility portion from Loudoun Endoscopy Group, LLC.
3. Anesthesia portion.
4. Laboratory fees for pathology (if biopsies are required).
